1. Data Collection & Usage
To provide itsmybio's biodata-sharing and trust layer, we collect specific personal information. This data is used only to power the app's own features — your profile, your share links, and the analytics you see on them — never sold, and never used for matching or discovery (itsmybio has no matchmaking engine).

Contact Info
Your phone number — mandatory, tied to your account, and optionally OTP-verified. Any other contact details you choose to add to your biodata.

Profile photos you upload.
Biodata Fields
The structured biodata details you fill in — e.g. religion, education, profession, family background, and any custom fields you add.
Digital Footprint

Right to Access: you may request a complete summary of all personal data we currently hold about you.
Right to Correction: you can request correction of any inaccurate or outdated information in your profile.
Right to Erasure:you can request permanent deletion of your data at any time — not only once you've stopped using the service. See our Data Deletion Request page.
3. Grievance Redressal
For any concerns regarding data privacy, or to exercise the rights above, contact us at the address below. We aim to respond within a reasonable time — we don't yet have a named Grievance Officer or a fixed response-time commitment to publish, and would rather say so than invent one.
